Realtime Brackets is the only bracket app that let’s you switch picks in exchange for points during live Men’s College Tournament games and rounds! Now you can keep your bracket alive all month long. Contribution included concepting, wireframing, product work flow, user interface design, iterations based on group critique and user studies, microsite front-end coding and communicating with stakeholders.

Reflections

Interviews with sports fanatics and my past experience in fantasy sports allowed the RTB team to make educated guesses about the viability of bracket solutions. With such a short turnover period, the circumstances forced me to explore additional options and seek insights from other resources in order to move the product forward.

The piece of the project I was most passionate about was creating a visually pleasing bracket.  I immersed myself into analogous research and grew my skills of thinking outside the box and looking to other industries for inspiration and innovative ideas. Additionally, I worked with a stellar team and picked up new leadership skills and appreciation for the style of brainstorming sessions we conducted as a team in close conjunction with the company's founder.
